History
To know the history that led to the formation of the company Marik Enterprise must take a step back in time about 40 years.
In 1971 he was made in Ferrara the general partnership "Torneria meccanica di Franco Volta e Lucio Verzella snc". As you can imagine from the name itself was turning a small craft in which they operated only two members and Verzella Volta performing work mainly in the field of electrical turning and shooting in general.
Soon the skills and efforts of the two partners generate profits and increase the turnover of the company begins to grow in the number of machines and employees.
In the early eighties, as a result of market choices made, the company began to specialize in the construction of shafts for power transmission and power.
In 1985 the company purchased a plot of 8000 square meters near the 'A13 and begins to build warehouses to productive use that soon it will become the production site.
At the same time, driven by market trends, the two partners invest in machine tools technologically forward-looking committing their resources especially in gear cutting and grinding machines.
Until 2001 the growth of the Volta & Verzella is continuous and constant. The company reaches its maximum development in recent years and complete its growth projects and real estate securities. There are 26 workers, 45 machine tools and primary 2 production plants with a total area of 4000 square meters.
At the end of 2005 the company "Volta e Verzella" is dissolved.
In early 2006 the corporation was founded "Volta Industrie srl", which detects in whole property and the activities of the "Volta e Verzella snc".
Volta Industrie opera dal 2006 al 2008 portando avanti l’attività della Volta e Verzella ampliandone inoltre le competenze nella costruzioni di viti senza fine e di ingranaggi (corone e pignoni) di alta precisione.
In 2009 the company "Volta Industrie srl" ceasing its operations.
In 2010 the company created by Mr. Volta capital Marik Enterprise srl, which manages and controls the assets of "Volta Industrie" and work on building the market for third parties, for mechanical power transmission and motion of the highest quality and precision.
